I'm Jeff Worcester — a senior marketing and e-commerce executive turned independent consultant. I help businesses cut through the noise, build smart go-to-market strategies, and execute with precision across every digital channel.

From agency COO to e-commerce president — I've lived every side of digital marketing and bring a practitioner's perspective to every engagement.

I started in a small agency writing copy and ended up running a $55M company. Along the way I built e-commerce organizations from scratch, managed relationships with every major online retailer, and helped more than 100 businesses find their footing in digital.

What I've learned is that most marketing underperforms not because of bad ideas — but because of disconnected strategy, poor measurement, and a failure to match the channel to the customer.

My work is built around fixing that. I combine executive-level strategic thinking with the tactical depth of someone who has personally run campaigns, managed platforms, and owned P&Ls — and translate all of it into clear, actionable plans your team can actually execute.

Joined as a copywriter, rose to Chief Operating Officer. Transformed the agency from a messaging service into a full-service digital marketing firm, serving 100+ client organizations.

Foundations Worldwide — VP & CDO

Grew DTC revenue from $145K to $5.5M, lifted monthly traffic from 7K to 55K visitors, and elevated e-commerce from under 5% to 50% of company revenue in three years.
